As a Software Development Lead, you will:

• Develop and configure software systems across the product lifecycle
• Apply your expertise to support client projects
• Lead and mentor junior team members
• Make team-level decisions and engage with cross-functional teams
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Basis
• Lead the team and guide decision-making processes
• Collaborate with multiple teams to solve complex issues
• Drive performance monitoring, system tuning, and landscape management
• Oversee system refreshes, upgrades, and troubleshooting

Professional & Technical Requirements

• Deep understanding of SAP Basis Administration
• Experience with system performance tuning, monitoring tools, and landscape management
• Familiarity with SAP HANA, SAP BTP, and system refresh procedures
• Leadership experience in team mentoring and project execution
